Parking at The Big Doggy Day Out 🚗🐾
We have a dedicated event parking field right next to The Big Doggy Day Out. When you arrive, please follow the event parking signs and directions from our parking stewards rather than entering the main Milton of Crathes car park.
🟡 General Event Parking
Our main parking area is shown in yellow on the map. The entrance is directly from the A93 and will be clearly signposted on the day.
🟣 Disabled & Elderly Parking
A dedicated parking area is available closer to the event entrance, shown in purple on the map, to reduce the walking distance to the showground.
🔴 Please DO NOT park at Milton of Crathes
The main Milton of Crathes car park is not event parking. These spaces need to remain available for staff, customers and visitors to the businesses based there.
Vehicles parked at Milton of Crathes will need to be moved to the event parking field before entry to The Big Doggy Day Out.
Visiting Milton of Crathes first?
Absolutely — please support the businesses there! 💚
If you're visiting one of the Milton of Crathes businesses before coming to BDDO, you can use their car park while you're visiting them. Before entering the event, however, you'll need to move your vehicle to the BDDO event parking field.
This helps us be good neighbours and allows the businesses at Milton of Crathes to continue operating normally throughout the day.
Thank you for your cooperation — and please check the map above before setting off. 🐾
🚌 Arriving by Bus or on Foot
Not driving? No problem!
Visitors arriving by bus or on foot can use our separate pedestrian entrance at the Milton of Crathes side of the event field, shown in green on the map above.
This entrance is located close to the bus stop on the A93, so there's no need to walk around to the main event parking entrance.
Simply follow the pedestrian route from the roadside to the event entrance.
Please note: This is a pedestrian entrance only. Vehicles attending The Big Doggy Day Out should use our dedicated event parking entrance at the other end of the site.
